The solution for testing complete and very complex wire harnesses. This test system, with an absolutely level work surface, allows access from all sides to adapt a wire harness. Thus, several people are able to mount and test a large wire harness at the same time. In this case, the test system allows the replication of the wire harnesses' form. This allows all test modules to easily be accessed from outside. The structural shape and size is virtually unlimited. The focus lies on the adaptation's optimal accessibility from all sides.

The test system is particularly suitable for the quality assurance of very large, complex and complete wire harnesses within the industries of cable assembly and automotive suppliers.
Features
The technical options are contingent upon the deployed cable tester CT35. The possibility even exists of implementing two CT35 cable testers. Thus and in turn, the number of possible test points increase to over 16,000. An efficient and convenient quality test is no problem with the user-friendly testing software CS WIN nx and all of its options, (e.g. controlling several monitors).
According to the respective size of the test system, up to 8,192 test points (16.384 test points when deploying two CT35 cable testers) are possible.
